Idealism
Definition: Philosophy which considers reality as an incarnation of a 'universal idea' or of a 'consciousness'. Idealism is closely linked with religion and leads more or less to the idea of God (149).
It holds that the material universe it dependent upon the activity of the mind, that our thoughts and ideologies shape reality. |
